I went to see Julie and Julia with a couple of girlfriends the other night. Since then I have been thinking about blogging a bit more than usual. If Julie can make a book out of her blog and then get a movie deal out of it, why can’t I create a buzz about the impending HUGE deal exhibiting urban:kitty at market in NYC will be (yeah, right)? So here I am, creating a daily countdown to the big day. I hope you enjoy and visit daily for updates…

It is possible that our handbags might make an appearance in a movie. A local producer is a friend of a friend of a friend (you know how that goes) and upon mention of urban:kitty this producer said it would be fairly easy to get them into the movie. She had a private showing of the bags today and was impressed so she is placing the media kit (thankfully I had those put together) in the hands of wardrobe staff. If they make it into the movie then it shouldn’t be too difficult to get them photographed on stars. That would be handy.
